Sonder Founded

The business was initially founded in March 2022 by James Irving and Tom Miller, as Sonder Projects, focused on retail, commercial and industrial projects.

March '23

SRG Built Founded

Sonder and Vanderbilt Private Equity partner to establish SRG Built, a residential construction company.

September '24

SRG Built and Sonder Merge

SRG Built and Sonder Projects merge to bring residential, commercial, retail, and industrial under the one company, SRG Built.
